Terms of Service.

The short version: Hankorp connects you with brands. Each brand is responsible for its own products, promises, and payments. By applying to or participating in the network, you agree to the terms below.

What Hankorp is

Hankorp operates a creator network. We connect creators and affiliates with brands, including companies affiliated with Hankorp. We are a connector. We are not the seller, manufacturer, or operator of the products and services you promote.

The brands are responsible for themselves

Every campaign, sale, and payout is a matter between you and the brand behind it. Each brand is a separate business, even when it is affiliated with Hankorp. Hankorp is not liable or responsible for any brand's products, services, claims, payments, or conduct. If a brand makes a promise, that promise belongs to the brand.

You are independent

Joining the network does not make you an employee, agent, or partner of Hankorp or of any brand. You choose what to promote and how you work.

Creator Codes

Your Creator Code identifies you across participating brands. Codes are issued by Hankorp and remain the property of Hankorp. We may revoke or reassign a code if it is misused or if your membership ends.

Payments

Brands pay you directly unless a specific campaign says otherwise. Rates, timing, and conditions are set per campaign by the brand running it. Hankorp is not liable for a brand's failure to pay. If something goes wrong, tell us and we will help sort it out, but the obligation to pay you sits with the brand.

Your responsibilities

Follow the law. Follow the rules of every platform you post on. Disclose paid promotion where required, including FTC endorsement guidelines and their equivalents in your country. Do not invent claims about a product. Do not spam.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee acceptance into the network, campaign volume, or earnings of any amount.

Limitation of liability

The network is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hankorp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of any brand or third party you work with through the network.

Leaving the network

You can leave at any time. We can remove any member at any time, including for breaking these terms. On removal, your Creator Code is deactivated.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page. Continued participation after a change means you accept the new terms.
